Air Fryer- Is it helpful in maintaining diet?

Air fryer is a fryer which consumes very less oil to fry any of the food. It cooks the deep fried food without using any oil. I have to admit that I m a bit of a French fry addict and this air fryer is very helpful to me to cook French fries at home very easily and with less oil which also helps me to maintain my diet. Usually, I cook in the deep fryer or buy from some restaurants. But now I am happy with the air fryer which is good for my health also. It consumes 70% less oil from other deep fryers.

So it also reduces the fat percentages in the food oil contain a lot of amount of fats with it. Without using oil the food contains less amount of oil in it. Stuffed vegetables are the things which are easily fried in it.  Yes, I m not much of vegetables but here are so many people’s who like it.

It is good for the peoples who are on dieting or who had some cholesterol problems can eat the food of their choices without any fear, because the food is very healthy with less or no oil.
